What equipment do I need?
Backbody Live is designed to be done anywhere, with props or without. All you need is a device to stream and optional ankle weights, a Theraband for resistance, light hand-held weights, and a yoga mat. Shoes are optional. Bonus if you have good audio quality so you can rock out with us.
Are there beginner classes?
BBP is known for being on the challenging side, but we strongly encourage you to utilize modifications and come as you are. Classes are designed to be accessible and instructors give suggested modifications to layer up or down in intensity. Feel free to drop your weights, take breaks, and omit jumping whenever you need. P.S. By request, we’re working on a beginner series! So consider it coming soon.
What’s a guided series?
Great question. These are our proprietary programs that aim to take the guesswork out of getting results workouts in short classes you can squeeze into your busy schedule.
Butt Camp offers 14 days of dedicated butt workouts to build strength decrease pain in your back, hips, and/or knees while lifting that backside.
Jump Shape is a 7-day program increases your biomarkers for overall health and longevity in short 10 minute classes by acclimating you to heart-pumping cardio.
22 Minute Solution is a 15-day program that offers 15 days of workouts to get you in shape in only 22 minutes a class. out our terms + conditions page HERE.
BBP Recalibrate is a 14-day series that helps you slow down to speed up by helping you set up new routines. Use any time you want to ground, refocus, and form a workout habit. BBP + Groundwork + yoga flows + meditation in less than 30 minutes per day.
There are certain postures I don’t get. What should I do?
First of all, feel free to message us with any questions at all at team@backbodyproject.com. We’re here for you, friends. That said, we offer an extensive library of posture tutorials that cover everything from proper incline lunge form to how to jump squat. Check out that tutorial library right here.
How can I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, login to your account, click dashboard and then billing. Select cancel membership and you’re good to go.
What’s your refund policy?
As a super small business, we cannot offer refunds. Sorry, babes. That said, set a calendar reminder when you start your free trial if you think you might cancel. We recommend you stay and workout with us, but we totally understand if BBP isn't for you!.

I heard you have a referral program. What’s the deal?
So glad you asked. We have one of the most generous referral programs around. If you refer a friend and they sign up for a BBP membership and pay us actual money, YOU get a free month of BBP. Have 12 friends to refer? Get 12 months free. Here’s how: Click on My Account > Refer a Friend. Then copy your unique referral code and share that with your friends.
Can I do BBP if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely. We even have a prenatal library. Be sure to clear any exercise with your midwife or OB before you get started and listen to your body. If you’ve had a jump practice before pregnancy, you’re likely good to keep jumping as long as it feels comfortable. If not, keep your feet on the floor and modify as much as you need. We have dozens of Groundwork classes that are great and easy to modify when you’re prenatal plus tons of short workouts in our guided series which are great for helping with strength, elevating your energy, and increasing your stamina.
