Created by Meegan Gregg, Backbody Project is a full-body workout with a butt focus, plain and simple. The glutes are the foundation of your posture—in other words, a strong butt helps you stand tall and lead from your heart. We sweat, jump, and kick out the jams. Functional and targeted movements build lean/strong muscle while cardio intervals create major endorphins and endurance.
It’s intense so it’s not for everyone (nothing is!), but all are welcome. You know those classes where you feel like you need to get in shape before you join? This is not that class. Take it at your own pace and come as you are. There’s no such thing as perfection, just intention.
