Created by Meegan Gregg, Backbody Project is a 60 minute, full-body workout with a butt focus, plain and simple. Your glutes are the foundation of your posture and healthy, active butt muscles mean more functionality in your body. We sweat, we jump, we kick out the jams. Beat-driven, targeted movements build lean muscle while cardio intervals create major endorphins and endurance.
It’s intense so it’s not for everyone (nothing is, gang!), but all are welcome. Modifications encouraged. Feel free to take a BBP class at your own pace and come as you are.
