Backbody Project is a full-body workout that builds your backside. Plain and simple. But it does way more than that. This class helps you build overall strength, creates mobility and balance in your body, and conditions your heart like nothing else. We combine plyometrics + toning (think lots of Jane Fonda-inspired floor work) + beat-driven movement (and nope, you totally don’t have to be coordinated to do this class).
We sweat, we jump, we kick out the jams. You’ll build lean muscle and create major endorphins and endurance. It’s intense, so it’s not for everyone (nothing is, my friends), but we love and respect modifications. Feel free to work at your own pace in this class and just come as you are.
Wear whatever you want as long as you can move in it (matching pastels, holey t-shirts, it's all the same in our book). Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Shoes are optional.
